Only once the real PNR or voucher exists do we capture the payment and issue your e-ticket and GST invoice.

Why we never take your money first
Most portals debit you instantly and sort out the ticket afterwards — which is how travellers end up chasing refunds for bookings that never existed. TORVESS does not collect a rupee without guaranteed fulfilment: the amount is only held by your bank, and we capture it the moment the supplier has issued your PNR or voucher. If that does not happen inside the window, the hold is released in full, automatically.

When is my card actually charged?
Never at checkout. Your bank places a hold for the fare; TORVESS captures the payment only after the airline or hotel has issued your PNR or voucher.
What happens if the ticket is not issued?
If the supplier does not confirm within 30 minutes, the authorisation is released automatically. The full amount returns to your bank — nothing is charged and there is nothing to claim.
Are the prices live?
Yes. Fares and availability come from supplier systems at the moment you search and are re-verified before authorisation. Everything is shown all-in, in INR, including taxes.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes, on every booking. Add your business GSTIN at checkout if you want input credit.
Who appears on my card statement?
TORVESS, with your booking ID. TORVESS is the merchant of record — you are never redirected to pay a third party.
How do I track my booking?
Use Manage booking with your TORVESS ID and the email or mobile from checkout. You will see payment status, ticketing progress and the live confirmation countdown.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Open Manage booking to cancel or request changes. Refunds follow the fare rules shown before you pay, and free-cancellation options are clearly marked.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant gateway over an encrypted connection, and TORVESS never stores your card details.
